Le RCLALQ consid\u00e8re que les locataires se font escroquer d\u2019en  moyenne 189,73$ par ann\u00e9e. \u00ab\u00a0Les hausses abusives \u00e9tranglent les m\u00e9nages  locataires qui doivent sacrifier leurs autres besoins de base pour  payer le loyer.\u00a0En refusant de rendre obligatoire les mesures de  contr\u00f4le des loyers, le ministre responsable de l\u2019habitation endosse les  abus de propri\u00e9taires \u00bb d\u00e9nonce Mme Monast-Landriault.
